If you don’t remember the Wi-Fi password, you can follow these steps to quickly get it.
Log into the device’s portal and change the network’s name and password. Enter the router’s IP address in the browser. Connect your router using an ethernet cable. Wi-Fi does not have a valid IP configuration Reboot the system and Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers. Click on ‘Delete the driver software for this device’. Now, right click on network adapter and choose ‘Uninstall’. Press Windows + X and click on ‘Device Manager’. Once the drivers are installed, reboot the system. Now, click on ‘Search automatically for updated driver software’. Click on ‘Network Adapters’ and then right click on ‘Wi-Fi Controller’. 
Press Windows + R and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press enter. Restart your PC and try to connect to the Wi-Fi network. Now, right click on the wireless adapter and then click on ‘Enable’. Right click on the wireless adapter and then click on ‘Disable’. Press Windows + R and type ‘ncpa.cpl’ and press enter. Switch on the router and try to connect your device. 
Wait for a minute and then connect it again. Turn off your Wi-Fi router and unplug it from the power source. If you cannot find the Wi-Fi connection on your device, first consider the following – Are you within the ranger of the router? Is the router turned on? Once you are done with these questions, you can try the following solutions. If this does not work, open command prompt and enter the following commands. Now, click on ‘Internet Connections’ and tap ‘Run the troubleshooter’. Now, click on ‘Update and Security’ and go to ‘Troubleshoot’. At the bottom left corner, click on the Windows button and go to Settings. To solve this issue, you can first try the native troubleshooting tool.
